Thanks to Roy O'Donnell for donating two splendid sets of oars to go with he ERS mark laying rescue boat. Now we have some spares.
As can be seen from the picture, Chris Treagust has done an excellent job 'branding' them with the letters ERS.
This is so that anyone who has cause to use the boat can find the oars that go with it. They are located just inside the right hand door of the under baclony entrance to the Malthouse.
After use please put them back where you found them.
Chris Lawrence has been leading the boat repair program which is currently work in progress, to make it fitter for purpose.
