The final round of the M&S DF95

series is now complete. 6 of the planned 7 events took place.

Unfortunately, Hampton Court had to cancel but hope to be back in 2026

The series got under way at Frensham Pond, who stepped in with the venue for Guildford to run their event, who also hope to be back next year. This was followed by East Kent RSC, Datchet RS, Gosport MYC, Chipstead SC RS, and finally Eastbourne & District MYC.

With 65 skippers entering across the competition the average was approx. 55% travelers and 45% only at their own club.

A special mention to Ed Thorburn for managing to get to every event by public transport. Well done Ed.

With 4 of the 6 events counting, the series top 3 are:

1^st: Nigel Barrow with an unbeatable 400 points

2^nd Jim La Roche 347 points (would have been 325 without the OOD averages).

3^rd Martin Crysell 275 points.

And finally a special mention to Guy Knight P10 and Greg Swift P24, with nine other ERS members also playing their part.
